FusionGrace Warranty Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
At FusionGrace, we want you to shop with confidence. Every eligible product is carefully checked before dispatch, and we stand behind the quality and condition of the products we sell.
This Warranty Policy explains when a product may qualify for warranty support and how FusionGrace will handle eligible claims.
1. Warranty Coverage
FusionGrace provides warranty support only for products that are specifically identified as “Warranty Applicable” on the product page, invoice, or order confirmation.
Where applicable, the warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects that become apparent during the stated warranty period under normal and reasonable use.
The warranty does not mean that a product is guaranteed against normal wear, accidental damage, or changes resulting from ordinary use.
2. Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period, if any, will be stated on the individual product page, invoice, or order confirmation.
Unless a specific warranty period is stated, the product is considered non-warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date the order is delivered to the customer.
3. What Is Covered
Subject to the applicable product warranty, coverage may include:
- Manufacturing defects present in the product.
- Defective stitching, seams, buttons, zippers, or other components where the defect is attributable to manufacturing.
- A product that fails to perform as reasonably intended because of a manufacturing defect.
- Other defects specifically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
FusionGrace may request photographs, videos, order information, or other reasonable evidence to evaluate a warranty claim.
4. What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not normally apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, cleaning, storage, or care.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.
- Damage caused by stains, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, dyes, or other external substances.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, fire, water, or other environmental conditions.
- Fading or changes in color resulting from normal use or failure to follow care instructions.
- Damage caused after delivery by the customer or another person.
- Products modified, repaired, tailored, or altered after delivery.
- Minor variations in color, texture, print, embroidery, or finishing that are inherent to the manufacturing process.
- Products purchased from FusionGrace that are clearly marked as non-warranty.
5. Fashion Products and Natural Variations
FusionGrace sells fashion products where slight variations may naturally occur.
Differences in color, texture, embroidery, printing, stitching, measurements, or finishing do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen, lighting conditions, and device settings.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, please contact FusionGrace as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Customer name and contact information.
- Product name or SKU.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.
- Any other information reasonably requested by our support team.
Claims should be submitted through the contact details provided on the FusionGrace website.
7. Warranty Assessment
Once a claim is received, FusionGrace will review the information and may ask for additional photographs, videos, or other evidence.
In some cases, the product may need to be returned for physical inspection.
A warranty claim is not considered approved merely because it has been submitted. FusionGrace will determine whether the reported issue falls within the applicable warranty terms.
8. Resolution of an Approved Claim
If FusionGrace determines that the product has a covered manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion and subject to product availability:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the defective product or affected item; or
- Provide an appropriate refund or other resolution.
The specific remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, and applicable circumstances.
9. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
Where a warranty claim is approved, FusionGrace will provide reasonable instructions regarding the return of the product, where a return is required.
Customers should not send a product back without first contacting FusionGrace and receiving return instructions.
10. Warranty and Refund Policy
Warranty claims and ordinary returns or refunds are separate matters.
A product that does not qualify for warranty support may still be eligible for a return or refund if it satisfies the requirements of the FusionGrace Refund & Return Policy.
Likewise, submitting a warranty claim does not automatically create a right to a refund.
11. Warranty Transfer
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original order.
It is not transferable to another person.
12. False or Misuse of Warranty Claims
FusionGrace reserves the right to reject claims where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modification, inaccurate information, or other activity intended to obtain warranty benefits improperly.
13. Changes to This Policy
FusionGrace may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, procedures, or applicable requirements.
The latest version published on the FusionGrace website will apply to future purchases.
